Find your name to see your plan — enter what you actually did as you go.
Your account is deleted 7 days after you ask. Until then you can cancel here, and we email you both ways.
Deleted: your name and contact details, emergency contact, health and trial answers, progress photos, training logs and programs, Metrics and 1RMs, messages, Community posts and comments, and your password.
Kept, without your name: payment, invoice and refund records (the gym must keep them by law), and your signed waiver or agreement with your name, signature and answers removed.

Your gym runs this app (built on Chalk) for your membership and your training. For any question or request about your information, ask us at the desk or reply to any email from us.
Your name and contact details; your emergency contact; your membership, payments and invoices; class bookings and attendance; your training logs and the feedback you give; progress photos if you or your coach add them; the health and injury information you give us at sign-up, in a questionnaire or in a waiver; the Metrics you choose to enter; your messages and Community posts.
To run the gym: your membership and payments, bookings, your safety in class, and writing and adjusting your training.
Members can see who is booked into a class: your first name and last initial (or your nickname, if you chose to show it), your classes milestone badge and, on your birthday, a cake. Never your contact details, your payments or your date of birth.
Some of these providers, Anthropic included, may store or process information outside Australia.
While you are a member, and afterwards for as long as the gym and the law need it.
You can ask to see or correct your information, or delete your account under My profile (7 days to cancel; payment records stay, unnamed). You can stop sharing your Metrics with your coach's assistant at any time on your Metrics tab. You can turn the daily Metrics email reminder off any time on your Metrics tab. Marketing emails carry a link to stop them; messages inside the app stay in the app.
We use access controls, encrypted connections and established providers. No system is completely secure; if a breach is likely to harm you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Talk to us first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. Australian privacy law (the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles) gives you these rights.
Answer these two quick questions before your first session. They let us set up your program.
